I love making public art that resonates with people of my community.  This is on a large electrical box facing MM blvd.  I wanted the people stuck in traffic to feel a bit better.  I like to use my environment for inspiration for the art and I saw fish grill, red lobster, and other seafood establishments which lead to my decision.
