I did some Mantis Shrimp studies yesterday while catching up with an artist friend of mine.
Nice to work with my students in the studio today. One of our friends seemed low energy today, but the rest of the young artists were motivated to develop their artwork.

I have been happy and grateful having art classes in studio and all around San Diego.
I have a good group of private students that take regular classes with me. I have a good time painting with them. I verbalize what I am doing and why while showing what I am doing. In the end we have artwork that is totally ours.
I tell all my students to practice a lot especially what they are weak in art then I get to listen to all the excuses and complaints lol. I try to keep my practice up too so I am not just saying information at my students. We can suffer together jk… This is today Read more about Practice[…]
